David Beckham is unharmed (phew!) after being involved in a car accident.
According to reports Goldenballs crashed into the back of another vehicle that had broken down. Becks was driving his black Cadillac SUV along the busy 405 freeway in Southern California when he collided with a gold Mitsubishi in a car pool lane. While David sustained no injuries, the other driver involved in the accident was taken to a local hospital after complaining of neck pain. It’s not thought that pregnant Victoria was in the car at the time, but according to some reports, oldest son Brooklyn was with his dad.
Police offers attended the scene but as yet have not issued any traffic tickets and they did not arrest Beckham either.

Becks to the rescue
Last time David hit the headlines over a road incident, he came to the rescue of a stranded driver who’d broken down at a roundabout.
Back in February Paul Long told how the football star helped him out, “We were on the A10 roundabout, which was pretty dangerous, and had been stuck there for about 10 minutes. Eventually I saw a car pull over in the distance and a man in a hoodie got out. He pulled the hood down and as he got nearer to the car I realised it was David Beckham. My instinctive reaction was to say: 'You're David Beckham'. He asked if we were OK and I said we'd broken down and could he push us to the side. When we'd pushed the car to safety - and I have to say another man stopped to help by this point - he asked if we were OK and I said: 'David Beckham, I love you, mate'. All the way through he was smiling. He got us out of a sticky situation, it could have been quite nasty."
