One Direction are filming a tv documentary for ITV2.
The X Factor runners up are currently in Sweden, where they will be recording their debut album for the next couple of months. A camera crew is capturing the recording process and will continue to film them when they make their music video for debut single "Everything About You".
The documentary follows a new trend of 'pop docs' on the channel, which has previously broadcast fly on the wall shows following Olly Murs, JLS, The Saturdays and Wonderland.
A source told Celebritain.com "the lads are ecstatic about getting their own tv special. They know the show will give the single a huge launch, and they can't wait for their fans to see it. If it's a hit, it could turn into a full series like The Saturday's show".
The lads will be back in the UK for the release of the track, and will spend their summer performing at a number of outdoor pop music festivals, which are yet to be announced.
The album will follow in November to coincide with a tour and a performance on X Factor.
